The store
Shop ONline New York ("we", "us") sells home decor, furniture and lighting through this website. By placing an order you agree to these terms. We deliver to New York City addresses only.
Orders & payment
Prices are in US dollars and include the member discounts shown at checkout. Payment is taken in full at checkout and processed securely by Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay). An order is accepted when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email with your order number.
Product information
We work hard to show accurate photos, dimensions and descriptions, but slight variations in colour and finish are normal for furniture and decor. Measurements listed are approximate. If an item arrives materially different from its description, our Return Policy applies.
Availability & pricing errors
Catalog availability can change as supplier stock moves. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we refund you in full immediately and notify you by email. If a price is displayed incorrectly, we may cancel the order and refund you before delivery.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential. Member pricing ($25 off orders over $199) is for personal, non-commercial use and can't be combined with other discounts unless stated.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Changes
