Delivery area
We currently deliver within New York City only — Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx and Staten Island. Orders with a delivery address outside New York City cannot be placed at this time. If you're outside NYC, you can leave your email at checkout and we'll let you know the moment we expand.
Hand delivery
Every order is packed, carried and placed in your home by our own delivery team. After your order is confirmed, we contact you to arrange a delivery time that suits you. Larger furniture pieces are placed in the room of your choice.
Delivery timing
Most items arrive within 5–10 business days of order confirmation, depending on supplier availability. Made-to-order or oversized pieces may take longer; if so, we tell you before you pay.
Delivery fees
Any delivery fee is shown at checkout before payment — never after. If no delivery line appears in your order total, delivery is included in the price.
Tracking
Track any order on our Track Order page using your order number (SONY-…) and checkout email, or sign in and open My Account → My Orders for live status.
Damaged on arrival?
Photograph the item and packaging, then request a return from My Account → Returns & Refunds within 48 hours of delivery. We replace or refund damaged items — see our Return Policy.
